America’s stock car racing driver Brett Moffitt of Grimes is going to race minimum five camping world truck series in this season for Hattori Racing Enterprises.
He will be driving a Toyota Camry for HRE in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East.
Moffitt and HRE are planning to race at Camping World Trucks Series this year that is going to take place on 17th May at Charlotte, 27th June at Kentucky Speedway, 17th August at Michigan International Speedway, 8th September at Lowa Speedway and 15th November at Homestead-Miami Speedway. More number of races could be added if the sponsorship permits.
Moffitt will be working with Randy Goss on Truck Series Team. Goss has led the Rev Racing Toyota team to the championship in the year 2012. He served as Greg Biffles crew Chief during his Championship years in the Nationwide Series and Truck Series.
The K&N series has 16 races in 11 states and finishes on 2nd November 2013 at Rockingham. Dave McCarty will be the chief of Moffitt’s crew in the series.
Moffitt will be testing NASCAR Sprint Cup cars for Michael Waltrip Racing.
