Camping World, the largest retailer of RV in the United States, has acquired Nationwide RV, which is the largest dealership of RV in Missouri. Following the deal, Nationwide RV is expected to get a new name as Camping World of Kansas City.
Investments have already started to come in from camping World for Grain Valley facility so that it can be turned to a SuperCenter. Some new features are expected to be added like a retail store of Camping World together with an advanced collision centre and new service bays.
This is the 3rd location of Camping World in Missouri. Recently, a SuperCenter was opened in Springfield and another new location is expected to come up in Columbia.
The company has been quite busy trying to expand its presence all over the country. In March, eight expansions were announced by the company. Presently, there are more than one hundred locations of the company all over the U.S.
Some official representing Nationwide RV stated that Camping World has started rolling-up of RV dealerships. Even though Camping World was called upon by DVS Group early on, but no offers were made as it was extremely busy with different acquisitions. Hopefully this new acquisition will create lots of job opportunities within Missouri.
